We are looking for a trustworthy and proactive Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of a real estate professional based in N. Psychiko.Responsibilities:Provide full administrative and personal supportPrepare PowerPoint presentations and handle correspondenceManage Instagram and assist with social media presenceTake and edit professional photos when neededHandle errands and drive when requiredAssist with client meetings and office organizationRequirements:Fluent in English (a second foreign language is a strong plus)Good knowledge of PowerPoint and general computer skillsKnowledge of Instagram and basic social media toolsDriving license requiredDiscreet, trustworthy and organizedCreativity and initiative are highly appreciatedPrevious experience in Real Estate or a related industry will be considered an advantageWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:00If you are someone who takes initiative, enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can be trusted with responsibility, we would love to hear from you!Apply directly or send your CV: evi@thebutly.com
