Jr SEO Specialist - WFH

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated SEO Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective SEO strategies, proactively suggest improvements, and deliver measurable results for our diverse portfolio of clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and continuously refine SEO strategies tailored to each client’s needs.Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.Analyze performance data, generate reports, and recommend actionable changes.Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to integrate SEO best practices.Provide regular updates and insights to management and clients.Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) for tracking work and reporting progress.Attend weekly one-on-one meetings and maintain open communication with the team.Basic Web Development KnowledgeRequirements:Proven track record in developing and executing successful SEO strategies.Strong knowledge of current SEO trends, tools, and best practices.Experience with project management platforms (preferably ClickUp).Demonstrated initiative in proposing innovative solutions; not just following set tasks.B2B ExperienceExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work office-based in Cebu (preferred), with flexibility as required.Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Work set up: WFHSchedule: M to F 6am to 3pm PH
