Coordinate daily account activities, including order tracking, documentation, and status updates. Support internal teams with information needed to fulfill client requests accurately and efficiently. Monitor shipments and provide timely communication regarding changes or delays. Prepare reports, maintain account records, and ensure compliance with company processes. Identify opportunities for improved service quality and client satisfaction. Contribute to team goals and support senior team members with additional tasks as needed.
