VP of Strategic AccountsIndustry: Battery Technology | Industrial Analytics | Manufacturing SoftwareLocation: Remote (East Coast/New England preffered)Compensation: $200–225K base + Commission + Strong Equity PackageSummary:We're working with a cutting-edge battery technology and industrial analytics company redefining how global manufacturers understand cell quality, defects, and yield. Their platform gives battery OEMs real-time visibility into the internal health of every cell without destruction — enabling unprecedented accuracy in manufacturing and safety.Backed by strong commercial traction with OEMs, manufacturers and leading integrators/fleet operators, the company is scaling rapidly and expanding its global customer operations.We're looking for a VP of Sales/Strategic Accounts to lead global post-sales management, and you will serve as the executive interface to the world’s top cell manufacturers. The ideal candidate combines deep battery industry expertise, strong technical acumen, and a proven ability to lead customer-facing teams in high-growth, early-stage environments.🧠 Responsibilities🚀 Lead the global Account Management function across onboarding, deployment, ongoing support, and long-term value delivery.🤝 Serve as the executive sponsor for enterprise accounts (Samsung, LG, Panasonic, etc.).📈 Drive customer adoption of the company’s analytics / SaaS / industrial data platform.🧠 Guide customers through complex battery manufacturing, quality, and yield improvement workflows.⚙️ Build scalable CS processes, playbooks, KPIs, QBR frameworks, and escalation paths.🌍 Manage global deployments, including multi-country travel and coordination with international engineering teams.🧩 Collaborate with Product & Engineering to translate customer needs into roadmap priorities.🔄 Own renewals, upsells, and strategic expansions across global manufacturing footprints.📊 Oversee defect reporting, operational metrics, and analytics-driven insights for customers.✈️ Travel globally 50%+ (Korea, Europe, North America) to customer sites and manufacturing lines.🎯 Requirements🎓 15+ years in senior customer-facing roles: Customer Success, Strategic Accounts, Post-Sales, or Technical Program Management.🔋 Strong experience across the battery ecosystem, ideally with:Global OEMs: Samsung SDI / LGES / Panasonic,Battery integrators,Fleets, robotics, or industrial mobility customers.🏭 Deep understanding of battery manufacturing, cell defects, pack integration, and factory operations.💻 Strong familiarity with SaaS, industrial analytics, manufacturing software, or data-heavy products.📈 Ability to interpret technical data, statistical outputs, dashboards, and quality/yield insights.🛠 Scale-up mindset — comfortable operating in a 35–40 person company with limited structure.🌎 Experience managing high-value global relationships across Asia, Europe, and the US.💬 BIG PLUS: Korean language skills or proven experience working with Korean OEMs.
