The Operations Department has a vacancy for 1 x Junior Assessor (Seasonal Talent Development Opportunity) in the Paarl region, to independently conduct Cold Chain Inspections or Services according to standard protocols, work instructions and procedures as prescribed through PPECB‘s legislative mandate and for the developmental opportunities for some of our seasonal employees to gain additional competencies within the 24-month period of the programme.SkillsThe purpose of the programme is to allow the incumbent sufficient time for product exposure; training; assessment; and soft skills. During the 24-month period the selected delegates will be supported with a dedicated training plan and supervision by the region.
