Junior Sales - MM Publications Vietnam**Position SummaryThe Junior Sales Assistant supports the sales activities of MM Publications Vietnam, focusing on ELT textbooks and educational solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in educational sales, especially in selling textbooks or ELT learning materials, and who possess fundamental academic understanding to effectively consult and expand the market.2. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, approach, and build relationships with clients including schools, English centers, and educational partners.Consult on ELT textbooks, teaching solutions, and learning pathways tailored to customer needs.Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting – demo – proposal – negotiation – closing – after-sales support.Track individual sales performance and support the team in achieving quarterly and annual KPIs.Academic & Product KnowledgeUnderstand and analyze ELT/EFL textbook structure (CEFR levels, scope & sequence, components, methodology).Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for teachers, academic departments, and school leaders.Collect academic feedback from teachers to help refine products and deployment strategies.Collaborate with the Academic team to organize workshops, training sessions, and demo lessons.Customer Care & CoordinationMaintain long-term client relationships and provide support throughout the implementation process.Work closely with Marketing to plan and execute sales-boosting activities for different target segments.Prepare sales reports, follow up on contracts, manage delivery schedules, and coordinate payment tracking.3. RequirementsQualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Education, Business Administration, or related fields.ExperiencesMinimum 1–2 years of experience in educational sales, preferably in:ELT textbook salesEnglish center salesK12/ELT educational products or solutionsSkillsStrong English proficiency in both speaking and writing (ability to present in English is a major advantage).Basic understanding of ELT programs, international textbooks, and CEFR.Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-consulting skills.Ability to plan, follow up, and work independently.Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Mindset & AttributesProactive, eager to learn, and committed to developing a long-term career in ELT.Professional, reliable, and responsible working attitude.Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with clear goals and KPIs.4.
