Help make O3 Interfaces one of the most visible and trusted design studios in the fintech and digital product space.You’ll be the analytical co-pilot for our marketing team, helping us understand what’s working, where our brand is growing, and how we can attract more of the right audience.This role is perfect for someone who’s data-curious, eager to learn, and wants to grow into a full-stack technical marketer.Key Responsibilities:Research and manage the keyword strategy for O3’s brand and content.Optimize on-page SEO (titles, meta tags, headings, alt text, internal links).Support the publication of SEO-friendly blogs to boost search visibility.Monitor website health and performance via Google Search Console.Assist in setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns on Google and LinkedIn.Track conversions, CTRs, and cost-per-lead metrics.Repurpose existing content (case studies, posts) into SEO and campaign-friendly formats.Set up and track campaign data using Google Analytics 4 and Meta/LinkedIn Ads Manager.Build simple dashboards or reports to summarize what’s performing well.Share weekly performance snapshots and suggest next steps.Join daily team check-ins.Work closely with the creative and design team to align technical data with creative strategy.Give input on content performance and help refine future campaign directions.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.1-2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, analytics, or paid media (agency or in-house).Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager, or Ahrefs/Ubersuggest etc.Strong analytical thinking and curiosity about how campaigns perform.Comfortable communicating insights in simple, actionable ways.Experience with basic automation in Google Sheets or Notion.Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or B2B digital brands.Interest in growing toward a performance or digital strategy role long-term.
