Our culture values initiative, trust, and proactive impact over rigid structures.The roleWe are looking for a Business Developer to help build MIM Fertility’s presence in the United States — through research, validation, relationship-building, and operational activities.🤝 The ideal candidate can:Independently analyze the market and translate insights into concrete, priority-aligned actionsMove smoothly between research, operations, and collaboration with clinicsKey responsibilitiesBuilding relationships with clinics, patients, and business partners in the USConducting market research and validating our offeringDeveloping insights and recommending strategic actionsOverseeing documentation (e.g., NDAs, contracts) in cooperation with the legal teamCoordinating work with external partners (clinics, consultants, legal teams)Working conditionsHybrid work model with flexible hours aligned to US time zonesWillingness to travel for business (US and Europe)What we’re looking for (skills & experience)Experience in business development, research, or market expansion — ideally in MedTech/HealthTech/FertilityAbility and willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment with diverse partners (scientists, physicians)A “Can Do” attitude and proactive mindsetBusiness maturityFluent English (C2) — a mustNice to haveFamiliarity with the US marketTechnical or STEM educationWhat we offerGrowth opportunities toward Senior Business Developer, Market Expansion Lead, or an ownership role for the US market (depending on performance and ambitions)High autonomy combined with a supportive team environmentCompensation under an employment contract (UoP): 10.000 – 15.000 PLN gross
