Position overviewWe are looking for a L3 Engineer to join our team in a new project in collaboration with one of our clients, a multinational professional services brand of firms, the second-largest professional services network in the world, considered one of the Big Four accounting firms. Our client is present in more than 157 countries across 742 locations around the world.In this role, you’ll be responsible for the operations of Digital Products and Technology, performing code release deployments and technology upgrades. You’ll be required to troubleshoot and monitor issues that require knowledge of development languages, COTS applications, and infrastructure (cloud and on-prem), possessing a broad knowledge of business functions to resolve critical challenges.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting and monitoring issues requiring knowledge of development, COTS, and infrastructure (cloud/on-prem).Administer key cloud resources (Azure, Terraform IaC, Kubernetes/AKS).Using Azure DevOps to deploy and troubleshoot code and technologies in staging and production environments.Operating Digital Products and Technology.Performing code release deployments and technology upgrades.Driving success around Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Level 2 and 3 application support services.Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines.Resolving critical and strategic customer technology challenges.Managing/Administering Azure resources.Operating and troubleshooting Terraform IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and Kubernetes (AKS).Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical designs.
