This senior role will suit someone who is passionate about architecting and delivering impactful solutions, mentoring others, and driving innovation across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.What you'll be doing:Architecting and designing robust Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutionsLeading cross-functional teams of developers and functional consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes for customersCoaching and mentoring consultants and contributing to internal capability developmentDriving product innovation and reusability through internal development initiativesRepresenting Theta in the wider D365 and Power Platform community through forums, presentations, and eventsSkills and experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power PlatformExperience in leading and delivering multi-million dollar projects, preferably in the government sectorDeep expertise in solution architecture, analysis, design, configuration and delivery. Experience in identifying use cases and implementing AI solutionsExperience with using AI to aid with writing codeProven leadership in delivering successful projects and managing stakeholder relationships. Excellent communication skills across written, presentation, and workshop formats. Ability to guide stakeholders in solving business problems through technology.
