Job Description

Responsibilities Support internal training sessions, from planning to implementation. Contribute to the development of training content, including presentations, visuals, videos, and completion certificates. Support gathering and analyze participant feedback to help enhance future training programs. Support on maintaining and update training records and related documentation in an organized manner. Conduct basic research on current training trends and tools to provide insights for the team. Monitor employee training progress and assist in sending reminders to ensure timely completion.RequirementsFresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Education, Communication, or other related fields. Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) for administrative and presentation purposes with strong Excel and Google Sheet skills. Strong communication skills and confidence in delivering information to an audience. Interest and basic knowledge in employee training and development. Good time management and task prioritization skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Able to work on-site (Hybrid arrangement) and travel to our FC centers (Across the Jadetabek area).
