Legal Director (Up to 17k)Your new company A private equity firm is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel/Legal Director to join their Singapore office. Your new role Reporting to the COO, you will be heading up the legal function of the group and will be working with the senior management on strategy, risk and compliance related matters. You will be in charge of the end-to-end M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic investments. You will be working closely with a team supporting, and also being hands-on in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements for the business group. You will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed You will require a minimum of 5 years to 10 of relevant experience and a qualified lawyer. Candidates who have experience leading end-to-end corporate M&A acquisitions across APAC and are a hands-on individual.
