Join our team and work closely on the legal processes that power Nepal’s business ecosystem.What You’ll Work OnBusiness Registration & Structuring: Supporting end-to-end registration of companies, partnerships, and related legal documentation.Business Compliance: Helping maintain statutory compliance, drafting filings, preparing reports, and tracking regulatory timelines.Foreign Direct Investment (FDI): Assisting with documentation, filings, approvals, and compliance obligations related to FDI processes.Legal Research: Conducting research on corporate law, business regulations, and emerging legal practices in Nepal.Documentation & Drafting: Preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, templates, and checklists.What We’re Looking ForStrong interest in corporate law, business regulations, and compliance.Fresh graduates are preferred, but students with relevant interest are strongly encouraged to apply.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.Good communication and research skills.Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months.What You’ll GainHands-on experience with real corporate cases and legal processes.Direct mentorship and exposure to business law practice.Opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.
