Position: Logistics Manager Reports to: Director Supply ChainWe are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our Logistics team! Our Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the cycle of order fulfilment and the order process.Opportunities This is a very exciting time for the Logistics team as we continue to grow and expand! Oversee all transportation operations, including scheduling, tracking, and coordinating domestic and international shipmentsManage relationships, negotiate tariffs, and select carriers and 3PL partnersDevelop and execute 3PL and transportation strategies in collaboration with senior supply chain leadershipEnsure accurate documentation for customs, imports/exports, and daily shipping activityMonitor shipment status, delivery performance, and compliance with service-level expectationsEvaluate and approve freight rates, invoices, and related costs; identify cost-saving opportunitiesMaintain logistics KPIs, analyze transportation data, and implement process improvementsCoordinate with internal teams—including order management, project management, and installation—to ensure timely product deliveryResolve transportation, customer, and carrier issues promptlySupervise and train logistics staff to meet accuracy, productivity, and timeliness goalsMaintain customer records and reconcile carrier-related deductions or refundsOther duties may be assigned.
