Structured as a matrix organization of six geographical regions and ten platforms, Louis Dreyfus Company is active in over 100 countries and employs approximately 18,000 people globally.Job Description1、向工厂供应链主管汇报工作严格遵守工厂的各项安全管理制度，在工作中确保自身安全2、与内勤组其他同事在工作上要相互支持，步调一致，遇到问题要主动沟通解决，并逐级上报；协调完成所有外库的内勤工作；3、开具入库单据，每日汇总外租库作业单据，反馈给相关人员，包含每日开具的中转及出、入库单据，4、跟踪驳船动态，每日更新系统内船舶动态；5、办理驳船装货前及装货结束后相关单据；（托单、装运通知单、货物交接单、两港确认单等）6、谷物港口及当地仓库相关费用结算，核对供应商提供发票并传递给财务 配合财务各项核对工作7、及时跟踪付款情况及更新费用表明细，维护COST表格8、完成领导安排的其他各项工作；Additional InformationAdditional Information for the jobWhat We Offer A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion.
