Are you one of those people who look up to the sky every time a plane passes by?Space holds no more secrets for you than it does for science?Environmental and technological challenges are among those you wish to tackle?Come join Sabca and play your own role in the fast-moving world of aerospace inside a company with more than 100 years of existence.We are experts in designing, manufacturing, maintaining, and upgrading large and complex elements for aircraft and space launchers.In Brussels, we have our Structural and Mechatronics Engineering offices, where all our new programs begin and our workshops are equipped with modernmachines that produce complex metallic assemblies for aircraft and space launchers as well as advanced Thrust Vectoring Systems for space launchers.SABCA Brussels is also the home to our "Unmanned Autonomous Systems" aka: the drones solutions unit!Mission : You are part of the maintenance team, where you are expected to do everything necessary to ensure the reliability and optimization of the maintenance plan for the machine fleet and production equipment.Tasks : Creating maintenance plans (task series, spare parts, external contractual support strategy, etc.). Maintaining these maintenance plans (resulting from corrective, preventive, aging, or changing load conditions, etc.). Providing technical support for preventive and predictive maintenance. Providing methodological support to technicians during complex interventions to ensure and guarantee equipment reliability. Responsible for managing the maintenance management system (SAP PM): entering machines and sub-machines, checking work order reports, etc. Developing and improving maintenance methods. Participating in updating and creating maintenance standards. Taking the lead in complex issues and supporting maintenance technicians. Taking initiative to solve problems with parts of the machine fleet and HVAC systems that no longer have external support due to aging (Lummen site). Analyzing failures and proposing and developing improvement actions. Sharing and supporting best practices across different SABCA sites. Co-leading major retrofit projects for industrial equipment with team leaders. Leading continuous improvement groups. Managing a variety of technical documentation: plans, diagrams. External contacts with specific suppliers and manufacturers. The employee will be responsible for :  Carrying out rigorous self-checks to ensure product quality and compliance throughout the entire production process. Ensuring compliance with EN9100 quality standards and ISO 14001 environmental standard. Transferring skills and knowledge to new team members to foster an environment of continuous learning and mutual support. Profile : Experience, education, and desired skills. Holding an engineering degree or equivalent with an industrial background. Proven experience in the reliability of industrial equipment and/or the development of maintenance optimization methods. Good knowledge of industrial installations (machining machines) and mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment. 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is desirable. Must have a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite; proficiency in SAP is highly appreciated. Fluent in French, Dutch, and English. So, What’s in it for you?Experience!
