Position Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist, who will play a crucial role in the development of promotional strategies. As a Marketing Specialist you’ll have a significant contribution in refining processes, as well as in defining the roadmap. You’ll guard the high standards of delivery and report your feedback internally to all impacted team membersKey Responsibilities:Promotion Management: Plan, execute, and manage promotions to engage customers and drive revenue growth. This includes developing promotional strategies, setting up campaigns, and ensuring they run smoothly.ROI Calculation: Analyze and calculate the ROI for each promotion to ensure effectiveness and profitability. Provide detailed reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use this data to inform promotion strategies.Budget Management: Track spending and adjust strategies as necessary to stay within budget.Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotions using key performance indicators (KPIs).
