Maintenance Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES·        Operate and maintain factory machinery and utilities in optimal condition.·        Perform preventive and corrective maintenance following planned schedules.·        Handle troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support for production equipment.·        Supervise maintenance work and coordinate with external contractors when needed.·        Ensure spare parts availability to minimize downtime.·        Maintain compliance with safety, ISO, and housekeeping standards.·        Promote discipline and safety awareness among team members.REQUIREMENTS·        Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.·        3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the maintenance department at a manufacturing company (preferably MNC environment).·        Solid knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.·        Good communication in English (both spoken and written).·        Able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
