Jaquar Group is a prominent Indian conglomerate established in 1960 that operates in the bathroom and lighting industry headquartered in Manesar and has a global presence with manufacturing facilities, subsidiaries, and distribution networks in various countries. Jaquar has grown to become one of the leading manufacturers of premium bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, faucets, showers, wellness products, and lighting solutions.We are seeking a forward-looking professional to drive Learning & OD initiatives at Jaquar. The role will focus on identifying capability needs, designing and executing impactful learning interventions, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and Jaquar values. The incumbent will also play a pivotal role in engaging stakeholders, reviewing Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and promoting awareness of learning processes across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Need Identification: Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to assess capability gaps and define annual learning prioritiesProgram Design & Effectiveness: Develop and roll out learning interventions with measurable outcomes; ensure robust evaluation of program effectiveness and impact createdStakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business and HR stakeholders to embed learning solutions that drive performance and cultureVendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage external partners/vendors to deliver best-in-class learning solutionsIDP Management: Facilitate the creation, review, and tracking of IDPs to ensure employee development plans are aligned with career aspirations and organizational needsProcess Education & Awareness: Build awareness and educate employees and managers on L&D processes, frameworks, and tools to strengthen adoptionMeasurement & Reporting: Establish metrics and dashboards to track participation, effectiveness, and ROI of interventionsKey AttributesExposure to learning need analysis, content/program design, and evaluation frameworksAnalytical mindset with ability to assess impact and effectiveness of interventionsPassion for employee development, culture building, and organizational growthQualifications and ExperienceEducation: Postgraduate in HR (MBA/PGDM) from a Tier 1 institute, with an academic background in Psychology or a related field preferred; Certification in psychometric tools/facilitation/coaching would be an added advantageExperience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in L&OD, capability building, or talent development; Experience in vendor management, facilitation, or coaching preferredSkills:Attention to detailExcellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsStrong analytical & problem-solving skills
