Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding business needs to onboarding.Partner with department heads to define hiring requirements and develop sourcing strategies.Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and campus hiring.Conduct screening interviews, assess cultural fit, and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.Manage offer discussions, pre-joining formalities, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring analytics.Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement campaigns.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR operations.Qualifications and Skills3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably from a consultancy or recruitment agency background.Strong expertise in sourcing for sales, marketing, operations, and corporate roles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple open positions.Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) and HR databases.A positive, energetic professional eager to grow within a corporate HR setup.
