Job Description

Key Responsibilities✅ Identify training needs, design annual training calendars, and evaluate training effectiveness to foster employee growth and development.✅ Implement and monitor ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, Halal, and cGMP standards to ensure full compliance with QMS requirements.✅ Develop and maintain SOPs to keep documentation accurate, auditable, and always audit-ready.✅ Support management in career development, succession planning, and performance appraisals through data-driven insights.✅ Oversee pest control, laundry, and uniform management operations to maintain top hygiene and compliance standards.🧪 Experience: 8–12 years (Pharma industry mandatory)🎓 Qualification: UG/PG Graduates🔹 What We’re Looking ForStrong knowledge of QMS and training systems.Excellent communication and organizational skills.A proactive, detail-oriented professional passionate about quality and people development.Skills: training,iso,career development
