This is a hybrid role — part sales, part strategic account management — that’s critical to growing and sustaining our relationships with healthcare clusters and institutions.You'll work closely with the VP of Sales & Customer Success and cross-functional teams (clinical, product, and data science) to:Close new deals with healthcare providersEnsure successful onboarding and product implementationBuild long-term customer relationships grounded in value and trustThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment, understands the complexity of healthcare systems, and is passionate about scaling innovation that truly matters.Key Responsibilities Sales & Business DevelopmentManage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with hospitals, clusters, and health systemsIdentify customer needs and position our AI solutions to solve real-world problemsPrepare proposals, presentations, and lead client conversations with credibility and empathySupport strategic partnerships, pilots, and procurement processes Customer SuccessOnboard new customers and ensure successful deployment of AI toolsAct as the primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and success planningMonitor engagement, usage, and outcomes; identify opportunities for upsell and expansionCollaborate with internal teams to relay feedback and improve the product roadmap Other (Good to Have)Support grant applications or research collaborations with healthcare partnersHelp shape playbooks and processes in a rapidly evolving startup environmentKey Requirements3–6 years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g. sales, account management, customer success)Proven track record working with healthcare providers — ideally within hospital systems or public health in Singapore or AsiaExperience managing enterprise-scale projects, including multi-stakeholder implementationsExcellent communication and presentation skills — with both clinicians and C-suiteStrong project management skills: able to manage timelines, expectations, and complexityA self-starter mindset, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and wear multiple hatsExperience in health tech, medtech, or AI product environments is an advantageFamiliarity with Singapore’s grant ecosystem (e.g. MOH, NRF, HPB, NHIC) is an advantagePrior involvement in public-private partnerships or academic/clinical innovation is an advantageStrong interest in healthcare transformation and ethical AI is an advantage
