Committed to rapidly mastering CRM tools and data analysis to contribute directly to measurable customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.Key Responsibilities:● Customer Retention & CRM Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and manage various CRM campaigns. This includes SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email marketing, app notifications, customer segmentation, etc.● Performance Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of retention initiatives by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights. Use data-driven approaches to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.● Net Promoter Score Analysis: Root cause analysis, NPS benchmarking, Trend analysis, Closing the loop with relevant stakeholders.● Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate the performance and impact of retention activities to the marketing and management teams.
