We are one of the most respected and dynamic general contractors in the nation, and we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator.This position produces proposals, qualifications, award submittals, presentation materials and participates in other marketing-related activities. You will also support business development efforts, enforce corporate brand standards, and continue to grow in workload capacity and quality.If you work with us, you’ll be challenged and inspired, and you’ll be proud.As a Marketing Coordinator, You WillCoordinate the pursuit process from early strategy through proposal and pursuit interview, while upholding the standards set forth in the Brasfield & Gorrie brand standardsMaintain project and employee information and project photography using Salesforce and OpenAssetPrepare and edit non-technical sections of client deliverables such as brochures, proposals, and presentationsLead efforts with Regional Operations and Business Development on internal projects, presentations, award submittals, tradeshows, and special events for assigned division(s)Keep the Communications team informed on public relations events and/or milestones involving assigned division(s), provide them with background information, and assist with approval process with project teams and clientsWork with creative designers to create visuals that support pursuit strategy, business development initiatives, and division or department requestsProactively engage with operations and office personnel to increase knowledge of company, the industry, and build relationshipsSuccessful Marketing Coordinators At Brasfield & GorrieChampion Brasfield & Gorrie company cultureSee the big picture of projects, timeframes, and deadlinesDemonstrate a strong understanding of the technical aspects of their job; continuously look for learning opportunitiesWork well under pressure, multitask, and meet aggressive deadlinesTake necessary actions to produce work that requires little or no checking by managerRespects others and create trusting relationshipsQualificationsEducation - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field2-4 years of prior marketing experience in the AEC industry or in a similar field Proficiency in desktop publishing, presentation and other marketing related software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), Salesforce, Prezi, and OpenAssetStrong writing, proofreading, editing, and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management, organization and teamwork skillsUnderstanding of construction industry, preferredAvailability for occasional local and out-of-town travel (5%)
