Marketing Operations Manager

About The PositionVelosio is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the Marketing Tech & Ops team (1-2 direct reports) within the Global Demand Center. This role reports to the Director, Global Demand Center and is responsible for managing our MarTech stack, with your main focus on HubSpot processes, governance, lead management, and analytics.Location: Preference for hybrid in Atlanta, GA (2-3 days per week in office). Remote considered for the right candidate.Your Day Might Look LikeProcess & ExecutionReview and update attribution model in HubSpot as needed to ensure accurate tracking of marketing sourced and influenced opportunitiesReview, update, and ensure compliance with campaign best practices (ie nomenclature for campaigns, segments, forms, etc; campaign creation; and more)Manage intake and build campaigns in HubSpot including emails, landing pages, workflows, and forms.Ensure QA, tagging, UTMs, and compliance with opt-in and CAN-SPAM laws.Maintain documentation, templates, and best practices.Lifecycle ManagementOversee funnel management processes (MQL→SAL→SQL) and lead conversion optimization efforts.Oversee lead scoring, grading, and routing workflows (MQL→SAL→SQL).Partner with Sales to refine lifecycle stages and SLAs.Deliver dashboards for funnel health, conversion, and velocity.Team LeadershipManage and mentor one to two direct reports in Tech & Ops.Provide training and enablement to broader marketing team.Continuously improve efficiency and throughput.What You'll BringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.5+ years in marketing operations with advanced HubSpot expertise.Strong knowledge of lead lifecycle and funnel management.Proven ability to deliver dashboards and analyze conversion rates.Experience managing and coaching junior staff.Excellent project management and communication skills.Who We AreAt Velosio, we focus on what matters most - our people.
