Marketing Coordinator - Content & CommunityFull-time - based at our Head Office in Richmond. Yearly: $50000 - $60000Fitness World is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of brand campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, and internal activations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, energized by fast-paced collaboration, and excited to bring brand campaigns to life across digital and in-club touchpoints.You’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day social media publishing, assisting with influencer partnerships, supporting internal marketing initiatives, and helping maintain our brand’s voice across member-facing channels.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media CoordinationSchedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms using Meta Business Suite or similar tools.Work with in-house graphic designer and club teams to source and prepare content (e.g. photos, videos, UGC).Monitor social media engagement (comments, DMs) and escalate as needed.Influencer & Partner SupportAssist in coordinating influencer collaborations, including outreach, approvals, and asset tracking.Maintain influencer calendars and help organize campaign deliverables.Track and report on content performance. Campaign & Event SupportAssist with execution of brand campaigns and promotions, ensuring messaging is reflected in social posts and internal communications.Support coordination of internal team & club eventsHelp prepare toolkits and communication materials for in-club staff.Assist in planning and executing community events that reinforce the brand’s local presence and member-first experience.Support experiential marketing initiatives that connect members to the brand through immersive or in-club activations.Brand Voice & Creative ConsistencySupport brand consistency across channels by helping develop and reinforce Fitness World’s tone, voice, and visual identity in content and campaign execution.Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to ensure campaign messaging and assets align with brand guidelines and member expectations.Reporting & OrganizationMaintain weekly social media performance dashboards.Track and organize influencer deliverables and partner contracts.Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor coordination as needed.QualificationsMust-Have Skills & Experience1–2 years of experience in marketing and social mediaStrong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and trends.Excellent written communication skills, with attention to tone and voice.Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces.Familiarity with tools like Meta Suite, Canva, Monday.Nice-to-Have ExperienceExperience working with influencers, ambassadors, or brand partnerships.Event planning or coordination skills (internal or member-facing).Light photo/video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Lightroom).Passion for health, fitness, or lifestyle brands.Experience with and passion for healthy living and fitness an assetValid Class 5 Driver’s License and willingness to travel locally to club locationsOur Perks:Competitive CompensationGroup Benefits (dental, extended health & travel)Complimentary Membership for You and One OtherDiscounted Personal Training for YouAccess to a relaxing recovery area at our head office—complete with a massage chair to help you recharge during the dayA dynamic and inclusive workplaceOpportunities for growth and continuous learningA chance to make a real impact across a growing organizationSupportive leadership and a great team environmentOur Values: Passionate: We put our all into everything we do & empower each other to be our best selves every day.Inclusive: We welcome everyone to be part of our world & pride ourselves in being a community for all.Fun: We laugh, smile, & enthusiastically have a good time, all the time.Community: We work, sweat & give back together, creating connected communities inside & out
