Role DescriptionThe Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in planning, executing, and assessing marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services. Responsibilities include creating and managing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, collaborating with the sales team, and tracking campaign performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kumasi.QualificationsStrong Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to create clear and persuasive messaging.Proficiency in Sales and Event Planning to support promotional activities and client engagement efforts.Experience in Project Management to organize and oversee multiple marketing projects efficiently.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Adaptability and creativity in developing marketing strategies and solving problems.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
