The role:Our Digital segment includes already established Intellias verticals such as healthcare, as well as our emerging vertical areas of expertise. To support strategic growth, we need a marketing manager with field marketing experience who can develop and execute a marketing plan in-line with the overall business and vertical strategies. You’ll work directly with the sales team, our industry thought-leaders, tech and AI experts, and the delivery teams as a business partner to achieve this.Acting as an “account manager” for your verticals, you’ll work alongside our central marketing specialists in content, design, digital, and PR - to bring these plans to life. shape integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns, work with partners, manage budgets, and track results; helping to build Intellias brand awareness and generate demand in these critical sectors.This role reports to the Director of Vertical Marketing (part of the marketing leadership team), giving you senior-level exposure and the chance to make your mark in a business that’s big enough to be global, but still agile enough to move fast.Responsibilities:Build the brand: Look for ways to get cut-through and drive top-of-mind (and top-of funnel) awareness in the minds of technology and business decision makers in these markets, building and leveraging relationships across these markets with key influencers and media outletsPlan and deliver campaigns: Design integrated, multi-channel campaigns and manage budgets, execution, and reporting. This includes ownership of retail / BFSI marketing channels e.g. LinkedIn page and newslettersCollaborate cross-functionally: Act as a business partner to the vertical leadership teams, while collaborating across the business to ensure marketing is tightly connected to business outcomes.Support partnerships: Provide operational support for the Intellias partner network in your verticals, building relationships and running co-marketing programsEvents management: to add the necessary support for events and conference planning, including sometimes participating with the teamInsights & optimization: Conduct industry research, trend analysis, and market segmentation to inform plans, and use data to measure and optimize results.Requirements:7+ years’ experience in B2B marketingField marketing experience inc events Previous experience of work in or with Healthcare, iGaming, Travel or SaaS industries;Strong understanding of the modern technology landscape, its trends, and key players.Ability to create high-quality content and communications aligned to the highest market standards in US, UK, and EU markets.Confidence and gravitas to work with senior stakeholders and present ideas clearly.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset; comfortable in a lean, results-driven environment.Native-level English (written and spoken); experience working in international, multicultural teams across time zones.Ability to act independently, set priorities, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.Nice to have:Familiarity with enterprise technology, consulting, or digital engineering.Agency or account management experience.Additional language skills.Higher Education: Bachelor’s or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field e.g. technology
