LawUno is on a mission to modernise the legal profession through intelligent technology, design, and community.We’re preparing for launch and looking for an ambitious, creative, and driven Growth & Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy and build our early community of users.The RoleYou’ll be LawUno’s first marketing hire — the architect of our growth engine.This is a hands-on role where you’ll take full ownership of pre-launch campaigns, community growth, events, and user acquisition.If you thrive on building from scratch, blending creative storytelling with data-driven marketing, and enjoy working in a fast-paced startup, this is your opportunity to shape the foundation of a brand that will redefine legal tech in Australia and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Pre-Launch Strategy: Develop and execute a full go-to-market plan for LawUno, including digital campaigns, waitlist strategy, and brand positioning.Content & Brand: Oversee content across all channels — LinkedIn, email, web, and events — ensuring a consistent and engaging voice.User Acquisition: Build a pipeline of early adopters — lawyers, law firms, and legal professionals — through creative growth initiatives.Events & Partnerships: Plan and run pre-launch events, webinars, and legal-tech community activations in Sydney, Melbourne, and online.Digital Marketing: Manage paid and organic campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, email) with clear KPIs on engagement and conversions.Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and refine strategies based on real-time insights.Collaboration: Work directly with the Founder and tech team to align product features with market feedback.About You4+ years’ experience in growth marketing, B2B SaaS, or startup marketing (bonus if in legal, tech, or professional services).Proven track record in launching or scaling a new product, platform, or brand.Excellent grasp of digital tools — LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Ads, and analytics dashboards.Confident event organiser — from planning to post-event follow-up.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong creative instincts and analytical rigour.Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating in a small, fast-moving team.Why Join LawUnoPlay a foundational role in launching one of Australia’s most exciting legal-tech ventures.Directly shape the brand, user community, and launch strategy.Work alongside a founder with deep industry experience and a clear vision.Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives.
