Mobility Specialist

We have a current opportunity for a Global Mobility Advisor on a temporary basis at Friesland Campina. The position will be based in Amersfoort.Start date: 02/02/2026End date: 01/08/2026Freelancers/ZZP are not allowedThe RoleThe Global Mobility Advisor plays a critical role in supporting international assignments, relocations, and cross-border employment. This position ensures compliance with immigration, tax, and employment regulations while delivering a seamless employee experience. The advisor acts as a trusted partner to HR, business leaders, and employees, providing guidance on policies, processes, and best practices in global mobility.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Supporto Advise employees on relocation, immigration, and assignment processes.o Provide guidance on housing, schooling, and cultural integration for assignees and their families.Compliance & Risk Managemento Ensure adherence to global immigration, tax, and social security regulations.o Partner with external vendors (immigration lawyers, relocation providers, tax advisors) to manage compliance.Stakeholder Collaborationo Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to coordinate assignments.o Support business leaders in workforce planning and international talent deployment.Operational Excellenceo Manage end-to-end assignment lifecycle (pre-departure, on-assignment, repatriation, permanent transfers).o Track mobility metrics and prepare reports for leadership.o Prepare Net Assignment Salary Calculation, salary reviews and instruct payrolls.o Make Assignment Cost Estimates. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5-7 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or international HR.Strong knowledge of international tax, immigration, and employment law.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a global mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.Experience working with relocation vendors and global mobility technology platforms is a plus.
