Reporting to the Vice President of National Accounts, you will focus on building and maintaining strategic relationships with:Architectural and engineering design firms – who author and manage specificationsBuilding product manufacturers – who influence the specification process and integrate product dataOwners – who require both specification tools and cost estimation solutions to drive project successContractors – who utilize cost estimation tools for project budgeting and executionThis is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you’ll be responsible for generating revenue through direct sales efforts, including managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing large deals (typically 500 k+ in annual subscription revenue).Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the sales cycle from initial lead generation through closing for new enterprise clientsManage and expand relationships with key national accounts within the AEC spaceLead face-to-face client meetings and presentations to C-level and senior executivesCollaborate with the VP of National Accounts to align strategies and execute account plansWork closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure successful account management and customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities while managing accurate forecastsAchieve and exceed sales targets related to new customer acquisition and account growthStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform sales strategyEssential Requirements7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, construction technology, or related industriesA proven track record of exceeding sales targets, particularly in selling high-value software solutionsExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in the AEC industry (architecture, engineering, construction)Familiarity with construction specifications, cost estimation processes, or building product selectionStrong sales process discipline, with the ability to build and manage a healthy pipeline and accurate forecastsExecutive presence and the ability to negotiate and close deals with C-level stakeholdersSelf-motivation, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solvingWillingness to travel moderately across North AmericaRIB may require all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
