Manage technical workloads and resource planning Ensure network services run at optimized cost and efficiency, including timely implementation of patching and security releasesViaduct location, Permanent OpportunityTe Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityAuckland Transport is seeking a talented Network Operations Manager to lead our Network Engineering and Operations team.Key PurposeOwn the end-to-end operations lifecycle of network platforms, ensuring Auckland Transport exceeds SLA requirements and customer expectations.Drive operational effectiveness through best practice, continual improvement, and automation to reduce delivery costs.Enable exceptional customer experience and transport outcomes, supporting AT’s digital transformation and corporate strategy.You will manage technical workloads and resource planning to support both BAU and project initiatives, ensuring network services operate at optimal cost and efficiency with timely implementation of patching and security updates. In this role, you will lead incident management and resolution to maintain high service reliability, while planning, building, and operating IT solutions with a strong focus on automation and testing.You will maintain scalable, secure, and highly available technology aligned with service level objectives, analyze operational performance, and drive continuous improvement to streamline processes. Collaboration with internal teams, third parties, and business SMEs will be key to exceeding expectations in reliability, operations, and customer experience.
