You are here to turn complexity into flow.dig leads the category of Social Video Intelligence, giving global brands the power to see, understand, and control the life of their brand on Social Video. As our first No-Code Automations Implementor, you will transform manual processes into seamless, scalable automations that empower our Operations team to move faster and smarter. You’ll take requirements and designs from the Operations Manager and bring them to life using modern no-code tools and AI-driven workflows. What you will do:Implement no-code and low-code automations that streamline daily Operations workflows.Work closely with the Operations Manager to translate process requirements into functional automation solutions.Evaluate and recommend the best tools, LLMs, or agentic frameworks for each use case.Build, test, and maintain automations that will be used by the Operations team. You will thrive here if you:Love turning messy manual tasks into elegant, automated flows.Use no-code tools like an engineer uses code - with logic, clarity, and precision.Stay curious about new AI capabilities and think creatively about how to apply them.Work fast, iterate, and don’t get stuck in complexity.Communicate clearly, collaborate tightly, and enjoy partnering across teams.Bring proactive thinking - spotting automation opportunities before they’re even asked for.Requirements:Hands-on experience with no-code automation tools like Zapier, Make, N8n, Airtable Automations, or similar - gained through a previous role, internship or studies - MustPractical experience working with LLMs and/or agentic AI - MustStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down processes logically.Understanding of triggers, workflows, and data flows (no coding required, logic required).Ability to self-learn tools quickly and adapt to changing requirements.Clear communication and structured documentation skills.Bonus points ifYou understand operations or customer-facing processes.You’ve built automations in a fast-paced startup environment.Why digWe are a 50-person team in Tel Aviv revolutionizing the social listening category with urgency, clarity, and heart.
