Senior Hardware Engineer

Mobileye is looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to join our AV Platform HW Development group in Israel to design the next generation of autonomous driving systems.What will your job look like?Responsible for specifying the hardware for our autonomous driving systemsLead the HW design process: product specification, electrical schematics, component selection, layout, hands-on testing in a lab environment, verification, accompanying production and qualification processesDefine Signal integrity simulations (LPDDR4, MIPI, FPD-link, etc.), perform power integrity (DC drop, PDN AC analysis) and analog simulations (like spice).Manage the technical interface with our customers to derive the product hardware requirementsWork in collaboration with all the project disciplines: system architecture, mechanical and thermal, software (networking and algorithms), safety and reliabilityAll you need is:BSc Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a known instituteAt least 10 years hands-on experience in HW design and manufacturing of electronic productsProven experience in the full design cycle of a multi-disciplinary product including introduction to mass productionExperience with complex embedded designs, switches, 100/1000/10G eth, ddr, pcie gen 4, can bus, mipi etc’Hands on experience in PI/electrical simulationsDeep understanding of system level considerations Customer facing experienceProject management skills, organized and independent, excellent interpersonal skills, team playerExperience with certification/standards designFluent in English (spoken and written) Experience in Automotive HW design - significant advantage Experience with EMC/Power design – advantage Mobileye changes the way we drive, from preventing accidents to semi and fully autonomous vehicles.
