Systems Analyst

Deloitte Monitor is looking for an Systems Analyst to join our our growing team!What You Will Do?Analyze and optimize business processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and support implementation.Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.Support project management activities (PMO), including tracking progress and preparing reports.Participate in large-scale projects with leading clients.Your skills & expertise:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).2–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst.Proven experience with capital markets systems and processes (securities and derivatives), as a BO systems analyst, operations professional, or trader.Strong ability to define requirements and work with both business and technology users.Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.Experience working in project environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional experience - an advantage:Experience with PMO activities or project coordination.Background in consulting or outsourcing.Familiarity with Excel and reporting tools.Experience in large-scale, multi-year projects.We at Deloitte believe that diversity and inclusion among our people is a critical component of our success and that is why we cultivate an organizational culture that contains and embraces diversity in all its forms.
