Together, we can forge pathways to a healthier future for all.Office ManagerLocation: Claratel Winn Way- 445 Winn Way, Decatur, GA 30030Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pmClaratel Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to oversee the front office operations. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, accurate data collection, and strong financial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all front office operations to ensure efficiency and a positive client experienceMonitor and analyze financial and operational reports to guide department performanceMaintain quality assurance processes to reduce billing errors and denialsHire, train, supervise, and coach front office staffOversee insurance verification, client intake, and demographic accuracy to support billing and authorization processesEnsure accurate client flow within the EHR to minimize corrections and reworkDemonstrate strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ensure compliance at all timesSupport the agency’s mission, vision, and values through adherence to policies, compliance, and customer service standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, OR six years of professional experience with at least two years in a supervisory role, OR a combination of education and experienceStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalWorking knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial PayersDemonstrated leadership ability with a focus on training and staff developmentExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsAdditional RequirementsPre-employment drug screening requiredSuccessful completion of an FBI Criminal History Record CheckParticipation in E-VerifyFor more information, visit www.claratel.orgPre-employment drug screening and successful completion of a criminal history background check is required.Claratel Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
