About The OpportunityA professional services firm operating in the Management Consulting sector in the United Arab Emirates, delivering advisory, administrative and operational support to corporate clients across the region. We are hiring an on-site Office Administrator to keep daily office operations efficient, client-ready, and compliant with local workplace standards.Role Title (standardized): Office AdministratorRole & ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary on-site point of contact: manage reception, greet visitors, handle incoming calls and route inquiries professionally.Maintain executive and team calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and coordinate meeting logistics (rooms, AV, refreshments).Prepare, format and proofread correspondence, reports and presentations; ensure consistent document filing and version control.Handle travel arrangements and expense submissions for staff and visiting consultants; liaise with travel vendors as needed.Manage office supplies, vendor relationships and basic facilities coordination to ensure a safe, well-stocked workplace.Support HR and finance with record-keeping, onboarding paperwork and ad-hoc administrative projects to ensure operational compliance.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveHigh school diploma or equivalent with prior office/secretarial experience.Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and everyday office tools.Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and strong attention to detail.PreferredExperience working in management consulting, professional services or a client-facing corporate environment.Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for collaboration and document control.Arabic language proficiency (verbal and written) and valid UAE work authorization.Benefits & Culture HighlightsStructured, professional workplace with clear career pathways and exposure to client-facing consulting operations.On-site role with stable hours, supportive team culture, and opportunities for skill development in administration and coordination.Competitive UAE market compensation and benefits aligned with experience.To apply, candidates should be available for on-site work in the UAE and demonstrate strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and a service-oriented mindset.
