Role Description This full-time on-site role as an Operations Specialist (Training Coordinator) will be based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The role involves coordinating and organizing training programs, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth delivery of training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include communication with stakeholders, monitoring the progress of training programs, and handling logistical arrangements. The position also emphasizes supporting employee development through structured training initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in Training Coordination and managing logistics for training programs.Experience in Training & Development and improving employee skills through tailored initiatives.Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Expertise in Training delivery and Employee Training programs within organizational settings.Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in the IT training industry is a plus.
