In this role, you’ll work directly with the CEO to handle a variety of operational tasks, from blog posts and Google My Business updates to ad copy creation, quality score monitoring, and more. This role offers comprehensive training across multiple platforms and skills, providing a unique opportunity for professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Content Creation: Write blog posts, create Google My Business updates, and manage other content tasks aimed at boosting client visibility and engagement.Campaign Setup and Ad Copy Creation: Support the setup of ad campaigns, craft compelling ad copy, and follow the companies unique process for ensuring quality and relevance.Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring Google Quality Scores and other performance metrics to ensure clients’ campaigns are achieving optimal results.Data Management & Analysis: Organize and input data to support performance analysis and reporting.Process Documentation & Improvement: Document workflows, recommend enhancements, and actively contribute to improving our operations’ efficiency.Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for meeting goals aligned with the following:Daily Progress: Show consistent daily improvement in understanding systems and managing tasks.Attention to Detail: Ensure all tracking, data input, and configuration are completed accurately without errors.Independence: Efficiently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision.Communication & Problem-Solving: Proactively communicate updates, issues, and solutions to your manager.Growth and Career DevelopmentAt our company, we value independence, growth, and initiative. This role is designed to be a foundational learning opportunity, with potential for growth into more strategic or even client-facing roles over time.Expected Training TimelineYou’ll undergo an initial training period with guidance directly from the CEO. Training will include:Week 1-2: Introduction to our workflows, tools, and content processes. Begin managing basic tasks such as blog posts, Google My Business updates, and task tracking in Monday.com.Week 3-4: Full training on content quality standards, ad copy best practices, and data entry processes. Begin managing ad copy creation and quality score monitoring.Month 2: Ongoing performance monitoring training, including daily campaign checks, lead tracking, and continuous improvement processes.
