The Operations Manager role works across all of our systems to increase efficiency and ensure we’re set up to safely, securely and effectively deliver impact. This role will manage critical projects in the development and improvement of all of our systems including our CRM as well as seeking ways to improve our recording of organisational intelligence and processes across impact delivery and fundraising. On top of your project work, you'll provide substantial operational and administrative support. The Operations Manager will report directly to the Head of People & Operations. As a problem solver with an empathetic ear, you're often the first port of call for your mates. key responsibilitiesLeading the implementation, adaptation and development of procedures, systems, and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of impact and fundraising activities and to foster scalable growth.Overseeing and enhancing the use of our cloud-based systems solutions including Salesforce, Confluence, Google Drive, Slack, and Xero to maximise efficiency and ensure high staff adoption and literacy.Managing batyr owned hardware assets, device security and system security across batyr’s systems.Deliver operational and logistical support to teams across the organisation managing and prioritising support requests.Managing relationships with suppliers and service providers, and ensuring contracts, negotiations and continuous supplies are handled efficiently.Supporting the execution of strategic initiatives particularly through the development of digital infrastructure.Tracking and reporting on operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments to improve performance and efficiency.Overseeing budgets for the Operations functions, forecasting, and resource allocation.selection criteria 3+ years experience in an operations focussed role with demonstrable experience in device management, cyber security practices, CRM maintenance and management of internal support requests.Demonstrable success managing projects from problem identification through to solution implementation.Proven track record of juggling multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.Salesforce Administrative experience desirable.Familiarity and proficiency with Slack, Trello, Confluence, G-Suite, Xero and/or similar software.Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to manage diverse tasks and interact with a variety of stakeholders in a fast paced environmentOutstanding oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently across a growing & geographically diverse teamActive interest in batyr’s mission working with usAt batyr, we care deeply about those we welcome into our work-family and do our best to support our team.
