We are looking for a passionate and driven Operations Manager to lead our Food Court Division under the brand name of Hawkers’ Street. The incumbent will be responsible for driving and delivering sales revenue in line with the budget while managing costs and maintaining the service and hygiene standards with the operations team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the brand. About Hawkers’ StreetHawkers’ Street is a concept created to bring all of our favourite and famed hawkers, including Michelin-accredited hawker stalls nearer to all Singaporeans to ensure the continuity of our hawker dining habits by placing them under one roof. Responsibilities:Business OperationsWork closely with management to integrate strategic business continuity management into organization’s operations to achieve business goalsResponsible for the business performance, financial and budget planning of the business unitInvolved in the set up and expansion plans for new food courtsAnalyse business performance to optimise sales and profitabilityWork closely with functional support departments as to align with strategic business objectives.Facilitate innovation process within the business unitCustomer ServiceDevelop and implement service operations processesDrive service quality and customer satisfactionDrive customer loyalty for service excellencePeople ManagementOversee all staff related matters including such as hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary mattersDevelop managers and high-potential employees through organizational talent capability reviewsLead, coach and motivate employees to develop organizational and governance strategies and achieve goalsFacilitate innovation and lead employees to manage changeAdhering to Quality and StandardsManage compliance with F&B hygiene policies and proceduresOversees food court standards and maintenance Requirement: 6 days work week Skills/QualificationAt least 8 years of experience in F&B environmentMinimum 3 years exposure in managerial position in food court operationsStrong business acumen, critical thinking and analytical skills.Determination to succeed and ability to deliver resultsGood problem solver and self-confidence in decision making.Ability to lead and inspire the team to achieve organizational goals.Strong inter-personal skills and to lead by example with hands-on-approach.Ability to identify the market trends and creative to new ideas to stay ahead of competition.
