Join us in shaping the future of business software solutions through collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships.Duties And ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to develop and manage our partnership programs. This role is ideal for a proactive and strategic professional who excels developing new partner revenue channels that are mutually beneficial. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and activating strategic partners to enhance our market presence and grow revenue. This is a new channel for us and we are looking for an entrepreneurial seller who can build this new revenue channel with us. If you want to build a partnership program from the ground up through sourcing and then activating the partner to produce revenue and make a huge impact to the company, this is the role for you.ResponsibilitiesPartner Acquisition: Source potential partners and negotiate agreements that align with our business goals and values.Research & Prospecting: Build and maintain research lists of potential partnership targets, ensuring a healthy and active pipeline of qualified prospects.Partner Activation: Onboard and integrate new partners effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and immediate impact.Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and value creation.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators for partnerships, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results (we use HubSpot as our CRM).Program Design: Build revenue-generating programs and contracts that benefit both the company and our partners.Minimum RequirementsLanguage requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (neutral English accent)Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)Experience: 3+ years of related experienceIndustry: SMB required. SaaS preferredProven experience in partnership acquisition & activation or a similar role, preferably within the software industry (SaaS).Strong research and prospecting skills, with experience identifying and organizing potential partnership opportunities.Strong background in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess partnership opportunities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams.Direct experience working with SMB (Small to Medium sized businesses). The company is not an Enterprise solution.Work exceptionally well independently and as a part of a team.
