You will ensure compliance with Greek labour, tax, and social security regulations, maintain accurate payroll records, liaise with authorities (EFKA, ERGANI, MyAADE), and provide exceptional support to staff. Your work directly strengthens the school’s organisational optimisation strategic pillar. You will be part of the Human Resources team and report to the Head of Human Resources.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess monthly payroll, allowances, bonuses, and statutory leave.Prepare reconciliations, payroll bank payments, and GL entries.Maintain compliance with EFKA, IKA, ERGANI, MyAADE, Sepenet and submit statutory reports.Support staff with payroll enquiries, maternity/paternity procedures, sick leave claims, and pension queries.Liaise with HR, Finance, ministries, and public authorities.Administer pension and benefits schemes, including Allianz.Prepare annual payroll reports and support audits.What We’re Looking ForYou are experienced, meticulous, discreet, and fully comfortable navigating Greek payroll legislation.
