This is a hands-on business partnering role, focused on delivering pragmatic, people-focused solutions that support team engagement and business performance.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to people leaders across workforce planning, performance development, and wellbeingSupport with talent management, employee relations, and issue resolutionDrive and support cultural and engagement initiativesBuild strong business partnerships across multiple retail functionsProvide advice on policies, legislative compliance, and change initiativesAbout YouYou’re confident, collaborative and bring strong HR knowledge with a commercial lens.
