Job DescriptionAs a Performance & Optimisation Specialist at Nokia, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of mature wireless networks across Europe. Collaborating closely with a dynamic team of experts, your work will focus on end-to-end optimisation, including capacity, architecture, and performance analysis. You'll conduct root cause analyses and implement best practices post-launch, ensuring our networks meet evolving customer needs. The environment is collaborative and innovative, emphasising continuous learning and knowledge sharing. You will engage directly with customers, providing consultative insights on 4G and 5G technologies while leveraging cutting-edge tools to solve complex challenges. Join us to make a meaningful impact while working in a fast-paced, rewarding atmosphere.How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnSupport the optimization of wireless networks across Europe, focusing on performance and capacity improvements.Assist in analyzing network data and identifying areas for improvement.Learn to conduct root cause analyses and apply best practices to enhance network performance.Collaborate with a team of experts and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to understand network needs and provide insights.Use modern tools and methodologies to solve technical challenges.Contribute to projects that improve customer satisfaction and service quality.Key Skills And ExperienceBasic understanding of mobile network technologies (4G/5G).Interest in network architecture and performance analysis.Familiarity with tools like Wireshark or similar (training provided).Analytical mindset and willingness to learn technical concepts.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.Nice to Have:Internship or academic project experience related to telecommunications or IT.Exposure to network tools or performance analysis platforms.Knowledge of Nokia technologies or certifications.
