In this role, you will be responsible for:Managing the full talent acquisition cycle for vacancies across the Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&I, and Medical teams.Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of each role, team dynamics, and success criteria.Designing and implementing tailored hiring strategies to meet the specific needs of each department, ensuring speed and high-quality recruitment.Building and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.Continuously improving recruitment processes by applying best practices, introducing new tools, and using creative approaches.We’d love to hear from you if you have:At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with hiring managersAn analytical mindset: ability to interpret hiring metrics, identify trends, and suggest process improvementsEnglish language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level
