PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATION PARALEGALWoodstock, Georgia (Downtown)Job Description:Pritchard Injury Firm is excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time, experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team at our main office in Woodstock, GA. Our firm is focused on providing the highest level of client service and obtaining superior personal injury case results. We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embodies our firm’s core values of teamwork, accountability, success, and happiness.Key Qualifications:Experience: At least 1-2 years as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal in Woodstock (Required).Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).Skills: Proficiency in litigation processes, strong organizational abilities, and familiarity with case management software (Filevine experience is a plus).Ideal Personality:Detail-Oriented: Able to handle multiple tasks with precision.Organized: Capable of managing case files, deadlines, and communications efficiently.Self-Motivated: Takes initiative and works well independently.Empathetic & Caring: Can build trust and rapport with clients.Team Player: Collaborates effectively with colleagues.Punctual & Accountable: Reliable and committed to excellence.Growth-Oriented: Eager to improve and develop professionally.Positive & Happy: Contributes to a supportive and upbeat work environment.Key Responsibilities:Communicate effectively with clients throughout their treatment process, ensuring their needs are met.Draft Complaints, Interrogatories, Requests to Produce, Deposition Notices, and all Discovery ResponsesPrepare Attorneys for TrialCoordinate service of process for newly filed complaints.Enter and manage case information in case management software (Filevine).Coordinate and gather medical records and bills during the demand phase.Negotiate outstanding client balances with providers and lien holders.Draft legal correspondence such as Letters of Representation, Demand Letters, and Reduction Requests.Investigate facts, interview witnesses, and analyze initial evidence.Monitor and ensure compliance with statutes of limitation and other legal deadlines.Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Salary:$50,000 to $60,000 (depending on experience) per year.Benefits:Health, Vision, Dental, & Life Insurance401(k) with employer matching.15 days of paid time off (PTO) per year.Professional development assistance.Performance-based bonusesLocation:This is an in-person position at our Woodstock office right on Main Street (Downtown) and have so many good restaurants nearby.
