The Phlebotomist will perform blood collection procedures, process specimens for laboratory analysis, and interact with patients to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities also include adhering to medical protocols and safety standards, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with medical-related tasks as needed. This role plays a critical part in supporting healthcare teams and ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory services.QualificationsProficiency in Blood Collection and Laboratory SkillsKnowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Assisting practicesFamiliarity with basic principles of Medicine and patient careAttention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skills to create a patient-friendly experienceCertification in Phlebotomy or relevant field is preferredPrevious experience in a clinical or medical laboratory setting is a plus
