You ensure safe operations, strong performance, and a culture where people grow and succeed.ResponsibilitiesSafety & Environment (SHE): Lead by example in safety behavior, implement improvement programs, and ensure full compliance with internal and external standards.Quality & Service: Guarantee timely delivery of products that meet specifications, resolve quality issues swiftly, and drive service level optimization.Financial Performance: Manage budgets, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and use data to identify and eliminate losses.People & Leadership: Foster engagement, develop talent, and build a strong communication culture across the site.Strategic Alignment: Ensure the plant’s direction is aligned with broader company strategy, including capex, legal, and operational governance.ProfileMinimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing in a multinational.
