If your experience looks a little different from what we have outlined and believe you can bring value to the role, we'd love to hear from you!You Will Likely Haveadvanced technical skills in one or more of the following: quantitative analysis and modelling, evaluation, business analysis and process improvement, data engineering, or data visualisationproven experience leading complex analytical programmes and mentoring analysts to build capabilitystrong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for senior stakeholders and Ministersexperience using SAS, R, or equivalent statistical software to deliver robust, evidence-based advicea collaborative mindset and ability to engage across diverse teams and justice sector agenciesYou will need to be able to manage your time well and deal with competing deadlines and at times, rapidly changing priorities.
